We’ve created Mighty Collective to enable women business owners to find women like them looking to grow their business in a healthy way with a community supporting them!

This powerful collective allows you to meet people in your local area on a monthly basis to get inspired, to learn together, to support one another and to be the very best women leader you can be!

If you don’t live in Hertfordshire, you can join online with our virtual subscription so you don’t miss out on the monthly inspo sessions and business coaching.

Monthly inspo

Each month, we will bring you the very best speakers to help you solve your key business problems. From managing cashflow and knowing when to hire, to creating healthy boundaries and building your brand story.
These are evening events from 19.30-21.00pm on different week days to suit your varying work and life schedules.
Net Work-it!

Most of us dread networking, but doing it within the Collective feels different!
Everyone is here to help lift other women up, so you can connect with women who can help you grow and enjoy every moment!
We network after every event so you can grow your contacts and friendships at the same time!
1:1 Business coaching

When you join the Collective, you get exclusive access to 1:1 business coaching every 6 months from the day you join. In these sessions (worth £500), you can explore challenges that hold you back within your business, you can build your confidence as a founder and learn more about your true authentic self.
T & Talk

You will get access to a community of women in similar positions as you, that you can connect with each month for a cupa and chat. These more informal catch up’s give you a chance to let off steam, share a problem and help lift another women owner up!
These sessions happen monthly on the second Friday of each month 10.30-12pm.
