We are on a mission to take down the masks and allow individuals + groups to feel confident enough to show their true authentic selves everyday.
We do this by creating and holding safe spaces that allow you to show up completely as you. We use 1:1 and group coaching, training, talks and consulting. We use the power of breathwork to create sacred spaces for growth + transformation.
Meet our Founder Reeha
Reeha spent a lifetime wearing masks and trying to fit in.
As a global business leader in the Digital and Tech sector, Reeha spent over 15 years often the only women leader of colour in boardrooms. After decades of wearing masks, being a chronic people pleaser and trying to fit in, Reeha’s body eventually caught up with her and activated a lifelong chronic health condition which affected her ability to move.
Today, Reeha bring individuals and groups together to help create environments that enable everyone to show up as their best authentic selves, in ways that are healthy and sustainable. Reeha brings the best of her leadership and coaching experience to offer the following:
